1. We will accept refund requests only on account of damage, such as visible deep cracks or large scratches that have affected the artwork. Also claims on Items ordered & not received as requested. Such refunds will be processed only if brought to our notice within 72 hours of receiving the product.
  2. To be eligible for a refund photographs of the damage must be shared and the product must be shipped back to us. Replacement will be offered only if the said product is in stock. Else a refund will be processed when we receive the damage good back.
  3. Should we disagree on the reason for requesting a refund, the client will need to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us. We will refund the cost of the product only. No replacements will be offered for such cases.
  4. Please note that because this is a hand crafted product there will be minor inconsistencies. We will not entertain any refunds on account of this, as these are characteristic to all handmade goods. Zoomed in photos of small spots, hairline cracks and marks will not be entertained.


    For International Clients:
    If you are shipping to a domestic address. Please ensure that the recipient is informed of the order & confirm if it has been received without damages. We insist you ask them to open the package. Any damages or items short reported beyond 72 hours of having received the product shall not be entertained. 

    Customs and import taxes:
    Buyers are responsible for customs and import duties that may apply in their home country. We will not refund any money on account of customer not accepting delivery on this account of such duties. We are also not responsible for delays caused by local custom authorities.
